Photos taken onboard United Airlines Flight 811 after suffering a cargo door failure at 22,000 feet so severe that it caused a gaping hole in the fuselage. 9 passengers were sucked out of the plane. The plane made a succesful landing 14 minutes later at Honolulu, saving 346 people.
